Getting the best results (and at the least cost)...

The least expensive way to train is also the most effective...set your goals, talk with Cynthia about what it will take to reach those goals, and budget the time and money for a certain number of lessons (you on the horse) and training rides (Cynthia on the horse), if necessary, per month.  In return for your planning and your commitment, MooreLand Farm offers very competitively priced packages.  To enjoy these best rates, we ask that you please pay at the first of the month for your upcoming package.

Alternately, you can take lessons or ask for training rides as you need them, which will be billed at the close of the month.  Also billed at the close of the month will be extra rides or lessons for those on packages, school horse fees, show costs and other miscellaneous service charges.

Full Training Packages
Package A:  16 lessons or training rides per month ($31.25 each):  $450
Package B:  12 lessons or training rides per month ($29.17 each):  $350
Extra lessons or rides:  $35 each

Partial Training Packages
Package C:  8 lessons or training rides per month ($31.25 each):    $250
Package D:  4 lessons or training rides per month ($37.50 each):    $150
Extra lessons or rides:  $40 each

A La Carte
Individual lessons or training rides:  $40
Private lessons:  $55
School Horse Fee:  $15
Practice ride on school horse:  $30

Package Policies
If a client is planning on taking a vacation or are unable to ride please pre-arrange additional training rides or make-up lessons with Cynthia.  If a client missed a lesson without making other arrangement they will not be credited for unused lessons during the month.  Pre-pay packages are a "use it or loose it" option.  If, however, your horse is hurt or Cynthia is away from the barn (due to shows, vacation or illness) and alternative lesson/riding arrangements cannot be made, you will be credited for unused rides that month.

Miscellaneous Services
Medication:  $5 plus cost of med (if applicable)
Trim and mane pulling:  $20 plus cost of sedative if needed
Handling for vet, farrier, chiropractor, etc.:  $15/hour (1 hour minimum)
-The client is responsible for all charges/care associated with their horse.  Any additional services paid by MooreLand Farm on behalf of client (show costs, vet, shoes, etc.) will be directly billed to the client.

Buying/Selling horses
When MooreLand Farm is involved with locating, trying, buying or selling a horse for a client, a 10% fee will apply (with a $500 minimum).

Releases
Naturally, a release of liability must be signed by anyone riding with MooreLand Farm.  Please download the release form, print, sign and return to MooreLand Farm.
